I wanted to say that he should be tier 7 since liyue traveler fought abyss heralds who fought andrius (and he had to prep time trap otherwise andrius will eat those abyssal booty cheeks)

Doesn't seem like it, the Abyss Herald even makes fun of Andrius for being weaker than his prime

It was implied since it was called a ceremony, combine with the abyss mage and Herald activity trace in Bough Keeper: Dainsleif which happens before WWBR, it's highly likely that some prep was needed.

Columbina is prolly "a major character that tied to the lore and plot heavily" so she's not going to be playable soon (yes, I saw that leak about her not going to be playable yet on Natlan patches)
