Is this a joke lol? Sans was struggling to fight a fast kid with a knife, and he's supposed to fight a multi universal god that can manipulate space...?
I dont even think sans could kill saiyan saga vegeta, even with KR, because sans is supposed to break the rules of a traditional rpg, by ignoring invincibility frames and trying to make his turn last longer. He was not really made to be put outside of his verse, as some of his abilities wouldnt make any sense.
Point is, if he wanted to, zeno could kill sans before he even got a chance to process what was hapenning and teleport away. Sans wouldn't be able to hit zeno once.

2-B With infinite determination against asriel... Frisk vs asriel was like unstoppable force vs immovable object, asriel had practically infinite physical power (you could basically say he was peak 3 dimensional) but frisk had infinite determination, so they would never die. Frisk vs sans was on a much smaller scale, sans isnt really meant to be judged with physical strength because of the whole kr thing, but theoretically even if he could kill zeno in one hit, he wouldnt be able to hit him due to how fast zeno is. Before you say teleportation, zeno can sense energy and lifeforce like any dbz character who can manipulate ki, and could kill sans before he got a chance to even start attacking.

If speed isn't equal, Zen'o blitzes hard, from his perspective, the bones will take years to even move an inch.

Sans killed Chara not Frisk
and both Frisk and Asriel had the same determination because both can't use SAVE and LOAD during the battle
but again this is a stomp thread without speed equalized so it's better to ask someone to close it or edit the OP

Even with speed equal Sans still can teleport himself his attack and his enemy, killed someone stronger than Zeno via karma, soul manipulation, gravity manipulation and well danmaku

No Zeno could destroy the multiverse and sans is not dodging that. In the beerus vs sans thread it was agreeded that if beerus destroyed the planet then sans dies In fact anyone that destroys the planet can beat sans. Why chara didn't do it in the fight maybe because he didn't have very good destructive capabilities despite being stronger then every dbz character until the end. Where chara did displays great destructive capabilities.

KR would wreak havoc on Zeno (he destroyed 6 universe, all 6 likely containing trillion, possibly quadrillions of lives).
But in exchange Zeno would simply bust the universe/multiverse. It does seem in character for Zeno to do that. And Sans wouldn't survive that.

Actually now KARMA don't need kill count to do multiversal damage
all of that was made by the fandom and the game never say if Sans will be 1000x weaker to a character that never killed anyone or will do multiversal damage to a character that killed a multiverse

Look see this sans stalemated beerus, but black beat sans, But lost to hulk, but beat Broly. It takes more then just raw power to beat sans it takes restiance to his hax or very good abilities like black shadow clones to beat sans. morals are also a thing to take into consideration when some fight sans. Like zamasu would tank the hit because of his immortality and die to sans For that reason because that is what he does he tanks the hit not dodging most of the time. But Zeno would most likely dodge then universe bust.

Well, Zen'o doesn't really have any combat experience, and he has no defence against Soul Manipulation, so, Sans could likely kill him pretty quickly, and he could also poison his soul, due to that kill count, and Sans also has Danmaku, but Zen'o could also simply universe bust and RIP Sans.

Yeah, Zen'o has an undodgeble attack (And it is in character for him to just start with that), and Sans has Danmaku (And it's also in character for him to just start with that), I have no idea which one of them would manage to land a hit first.

Im going to go with Zeno here as he would simply destroy the Universe and everyone on it and Sans doesnt have the durability to tank such an attack and the speed to dodge it.
And we dont know if Sans would be able to use Karmic Retribution against characters who are much faster than him as he used it against Chara and Sans was much faster than Chara but Zeno is way faster than Sans.
So im going to vote for Zeno-Sama.
