Idk why I think this'll be a good match, but meh. Both start out at base, but can increase to higher forms whenever they like. Speed equalized. Who wins here?

Hmmm, it all depends on if Gengar's cursed body will be able to restrict Dimaria's time stop or not. If it's able to, Dimaria will use her time stop only once, and since she usually stays in base at first in character, she won't be able to damage Gengar because of her normal/fighting attacks. She will be able to damage him in her God Soul takeover though.

But if her time stop won't work anymore, Gengar will take it simply due to his huge hax. If it will though, Dimaria will take it due to her spammable time stop.

I'm voting inconclusive for now.

Dimaria starts with time stop, so unfortunately that isn't going to work in time.
