General Grievous 2003 Speed?

I was wondering if 2003 Grievous could be considered Lightspeed? I'm also wondering how STWCW and ROTS Grievous is anywhere near Sub Relativistic. I would give him a maximum of Superhuman speed, and give 2003 SWCW Grievous Lightspeed, as he can easily dodge a Force Push.

Grievous is scaled to Jedi / other force-users, who are Sub-Relativistic.

Force pushes are not lightspeed.

I believe 2003 clone wars is Legends, so Grievous would be Relativistic, as shown on his profile.

I haven't seen anyone in Star Wars outside of the 2003 CW come anywhere close to that speed without a vehicle. For example. when Mace Windu was sprinting during the Battle of Dantooine, he was probably only traveling at Subsonic to Transonic speeds. No character in the movies has ever gone that fast outside of reaction speed or while in a starship.

Legends has plenty of Relativistic feats elsewhere.
