It does matter because rock of eternity is 1-AWhich doesn't matter at all for such an extreme tier, and it was too temporary to warrant a key according to our rules anyway.

What I said is different from them being ‘outliers’; you either scrap the tier 1 stuff altogether (which was already done a few years ago and subsequently reverted) or let the flagship characters who all interact with it rather frequently scale to it. Trying to downplay their interaction is just a soft continuity-split which would be even more inconsistent than letting them outright be rated the same as the rest of their setting.Yes, strongly agreed. One issue amplifications should not be added according to our rules.
That is a range feat, not physical power, and anybody creating or using a Boom Tube to travel to New Genesis or Apokolips does not use 1-A power either. Not to mention that the writer is virtually guaranteed to not have intended it as anything beyond pushing away a large physical magical object.

Power scaling rules for marvel and dc comics says “For the Prime Marvel Universe, please refrain from making profiles for characters with less than 20 appearances across comic books (approximately 2 years' worth of appearances). For DC Comics, refrain from making profiles for Golden Age characters with less than 5 appearances, Pre-Crisis characters with less than 15 appearances and Post-Crisis or Post-Flashpoint characters with less than 10 appearances, unless they play an extremely important part in the scaling of other characters, as the constantly changing nature of their statistics make it hard for us to keep files updated as is.

When in a lower realm the Rock of Eternity's power is scaled down in relation to that realm, Just like The World Forger or the New Gods, AND it would be a one-time enormous outlier, AND it is explicitly against our rules to feature statistics for brief one-time power-ups, with the last point being a conclusive end to this discussion, no matter how much unreasonable stonewalling fan need to unreliably exaggerate characters that may be present here. As such I will remove this statistic from Shazam's page.

Shazam doesn't even have dozens of forms/amps like Wonder Woman or Superman do, and the feat arguably plays a part in Zeus scaling, as he used the exact same power Shazam used to create new dimensions, as well as any Gods scaling to or above him

If Shazam only punched The Rock of Eternity through a portal when it was in a lowered state of existence, the standard mechanics of DC Comics apply even more than otherwise, and I am not saying that he did this in base, I am saying that it was an extremely brief power-up without extreme plot relevance, so it should be removed according to our rules.
