General DC Comics Discussion Thread

I have handled it. Tell me here when you are done. 🙏

Done.

Explicitly, yes. 🙏
wait
are we going to downgrade darkseid to 4-D
Technically, yes. The Heart of Apokolips isn’t the only four-dimensional artifact associated with the New Gods. The Worlogog, for instance, is a four-dimensional map of space-time. Even their minds appear to be four-dimensionally formatted. This implies that the New Gods themselves operate natively on a four-dimensional level. However, the Sphere of the Gods exists beyond the Bleed, the eleven-dimensional “Bulk” that encompasses the four-dimensional universes of the Orrery of Worlds and have realms "realler than real."

Is it 4D as in 3 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension or DC’s weird 4th dimension that’s below imagination?

In my view, it would correspond to the Fourth Dimension, but this is purely an interpretation, as it is never explicitly stated in the comics. We can say, however, that the New Gods emanate as four-dimensional beings (three spatial and one temporal dimension) within physical reality, capable of interacting with 3-D beings, while their true forms in the Sphere of the Gods exist beyond it.

Rebirth Batman and New 52 Batman are completely different incarnations? Or like Superman, have they merged and share memories? It's seems like a pretty big problem that "Post Flashpoint" has things from both New 52 and Rebirth on his file when considering this.

Pretty sure rebirth=new52+post crisis, so yes like Superman all the rebirth characters are merger of their new52 and post crisis selfes. Even in the new dc ko they mention this.

Funny becuase they will not ended soon according to Scott

But yeah, we should wait until the number 18-20, besides we need to know how High they scale in DC k.o, who know if Absolute Superman is similar to main superman or Homelander victim

I personally think that the Absolute pages can remain, as they seem very relevant longterm. 🙏

I was reading Reddit and, huh, turns out Grant Morrison read and like the Absolute Universe. That got me thinking: if he were to write a character who hasn’t appeared in the AU yet, what character would be the most interesting fit for his style in the Absolute universe? like absolute animal man?

Grant Morrison seems to be a really nice and considerate person with a good attitude.

Here are two of his answers that are among the ones that I liked best. 🙏

Something else that I really liked from that thread, even though it was an old story excerpt, not a present day answer. 🙏

There was this answer as well. 🙏

Well, it was content I found interesting in an official DC Comics Q&A, and I think that it is hard to separate superhero comicbooks from political thinking, since both are so heavily interwined, but I will try to remember it. 🙏

I don't see why it should. This is specifically King Omega Darkseid that was able to stop Wally and Bart from changing his past. It's not casual Darkseid.

Hello guys. Can today's Flash #26 comics affect Darkseid scaling?
This is King Omega Darkseid. Once DC: KO is finished, we should made a new key into the profile of Darkseid for King Omega. His scales of influence reach into the past, present and future and he can apparently be present in multiple places in the universe simultaneously. He has also been described as a "walking singularity" that transforms everything around him, even forces like magic or the Speed Force, although this is mainly due to him implanting an Apokolips Heart into the Earth's core.
