Final matchup of the day. I think this is actually pretty fair. Since Garou varies from Sub Rel+ to MHS+, set him at Mewtwo's speed. Mewtwo can switch between X and Y forms. Who wins?

Actually fairly interesting fight.
As Mewtwo Y his Psychic attacks would be fairly weak against Garou since he has a resistance to them leaving Mewtwo to resort to his X form. This is where it gets fun, Garou will keep evolving to adapt to Mewtwo attacks and versatility advantage this would win Garou the match if Mewtwo didn't have the power to switch their stats.
I give it to Mewtwo 6.5/10

Mewtwo doesn't need his X form when Y has both low level reality warping and mind control. Not to mention, Mewtwo has time manipulation so Garou won't be able to use his reactive evolution.
