I'll have to give this for Terumi, simply due to his sadistic nature and "going for the kill" mindset. While Ganondorf poses a threat on his own, I am afraid that Terumi outdoes him through speed and skill, especially his Ouroboros that he uses on amplifying the painful effects he dishes out. And against Susano'o? Yikes, Ganon's toast!
