Game Anthem Gunvolt AP buff

So I'm an idiot and used the low end of lightning x100 for Anthem, when the high end is what's used for base GV. So basically Game Anthem GV, Game Reverie Zonda, etc... are actually 8-A.

I mean the high end of electricity (GV's AP in base) x100 (Reverie Zonda is 100x stronger then base) would be 8-A instead of 8-B.

Why is the high-end for lightning used instead of the low-end, or even an average between the two, anyway?

Because GV was already Building Level, so the high end is more or less consistant I assume.

Also by High End I mean Mid End of lightning since it's 5 billion joules. The high end of lightning is 10 billion.

Though, why do we still have composite Gunvolt? I thought that it was decided it wasn't necessary or as noteworthy as other composites?
