I'll post the scans tomorrow, but galactus remembers the times the tribunal has died. This would point to him being able to come back from Oblvions EE, as the multiverse has been nullified 3 times. He talks about it when order and chaos kill warlock/tlt and he says ," you've killed him again..." there are other scans of him talking to F. Richards and him saying that he watches the universe die and watches them born again, further proof when oblivion consumes different eternities/multi-eternity, he remembers.

TLT has already stated that he has died and been reborn numerous times and the idea of a new hierarchy due to the other LT's death has been mentioned by the tribunal himself before galactus' statement, we have no concrete basis as Galactus claiming that he remembers all of LT's death cus regen, rather than TLT's already previous explanations, and this would generally be the same as saying since adam warlock destroyed all the universal abstracts and brought them back, they would have mid/high godly, just returning because the uni/multiverse was formed doesn't really quantify to much.

That could literally just be a durability feat or galactus simply tanking the end of the universe, that's it.
