Joking aside, Dragonite has the Range advantage, according to its page, and can inflict Paralysis in order to prevent him from acting some of the time. Dragonite can also heal with Roost, which is an advantage. If he engages in a straight up fight before paralyzing him he'll be at a disadvantage due to Gajeel's Hand to Hand mastery, though he could go for Fire Punch to potentially burn him and reduce his attack power. I dunno if the at least gives Dragonite a power advantage in this matchup, though.
