Seems to be 20 Petatons.

I do not know Fairy Tail so maybe he scales to something higher or doesn't scale at all.

Gajeel back scales a bit from 482 petatons as he could fight a slightly weakened Aldoron who normally scales to 482 petatons.

The dragon gods scale to or above the Fairy heart and the fairy heart scales above the dragon cry, which is stated to be dozens of times stronger than etherion.
