Since Mad Sweeney's Abstract Existence seems to be Type 2 (since he exists as an idea and will always come back as long as that idea exists), Gabriel will likely have to attack the idea itself in order to permanetly kill Sweeney. On Gabriel's profile, there is no Conceptual Manipulation to speak of, but there might be other powers that could help him.

In the end, it all depends on whether or not Gabriel can find a way around the Abstract Existence before Mad Sweeney takes him out of the fight.
