So, since the new free update, FW from Xenoverse 2 now has unlocked the ability to mind control others. This is notable not just because mind control is a powerful skill, but he even can mind control the other patrollers who are resistant to mind control, making it that much more impressive and showing that even resistance to mind manipulation won't likely stop it. Similar to Demigra's mind control most likely due to it becoming available to him from Demon powers.

So mind manipulation should be added to his profile and considered very potent.
He also gained some other attacks such as peeler storm, which is described as letting him "disappear" and attack while he is gone.
He has no body, and cannot be harmed during this. And his attacks hit everybody on screen simultaneously no matter where they are. So not sure if we wanna call this non-corporeal when using the technique, as he has no physical body, or if it still falls under intangibility. Also nigh-Omnipresent to considering he is hitting everybody in that form at once no matter where they are and he attacks generated at all there locations instantly before reforming to a body.
So either non-corporeal or intangibility, and nigh-Omnipresence with peeler storm (given his range with ki attacks is multiversal, Peeler storm should have equivalent range.)
