Erasing his memories dosen't mean he can't fight and as for the brainwashing it depends. If future warrior has free will then it affects him but if he's controlled by the player then it shouldn't.

How would he keep fighting if he forgets how to fight? and how would he know that he has to fight Monika if he forget who he is and what he is even doing in there? Also, why the hell would we assume there is a player controlling FW? In the case of DDLC, The Player that controls the main character is an actual character in the game (metafiction, go figure), I don't think that's the case for DBX.

Minka's Non-corporeal form exists outside of the worlds she creates.
