Shes a Nigh Aeon that decided to only be the acting Fuli of Amphoreus. She didn't ascend to becoming a full Aeon. If you see someone with the Aeon tag and has the Aeon Physiology page then they're an actual aeon.

Idk plot still does impact the actions one does in reality, right?
I'm arguing this because Monika's script fuckery still affects the MC's actions despite the fact that unlike the 4 girls it lacks a character file, as shown by the fact that once the script was so broken that we could not do anything and stare at a corpse for a whole weekend non-stop until Monika had to fix said script. And the MC is the avatar of the Player that resides outside Monika's universe, so... I think Monika could still go around the HDE by incapcacitating them outside the universe where the fight takes in.

Sure. Cyrene was originally supposed to have a Fuli key but was nuked because it was useless since Fuli profile exists. (Or you could use IX because funnier)

It's not really "affecting" them per se, but more like influencing their actions in reality, something akin to you shooting a bullet in the water, where the gun is not affected from the water as it is outside of it, but the water messes with the bullet.

On this, actually:
Victory Conditions: Removing the opponent from the battlefield for at least one week (BFR), knocking the opponent out for at least one hour, or incapacitating the opponent by putting them in a state in which they can not harm the other fighter(s) for over a day, are to be assumed as victory conditions. Death of the opponent also qualifies as an immediate victory, as long as the resulting state of the opponent would, if the fight went on, eventually qualify for at least one of the three priorly listed conditions. The fighter which reaches a victory condition first wins the match.
From what I see Aeons do have to use their avatars in order to fight anyways, considering this:
- Higher-Dimensional Existence (11-D) & Avatar Creation (Aeons are higher-dimensional beings, which exist beyond the Real Space that contains eleven dimensions, The difference between an higher dimension being and a lower one is compared to the difference between a reader and a novel. Due to Aeons' existence being bound with the imaginary elements (Paths), THEY have to form an avatar to descend onto the physical world and can choose an aspect or manifestation as THEY want. Aeons can have thousands of manifestations spread across the reality

The CM is Type 3, and apparently that's beneath IM 2, which is Monika's entire gimmick.
