Weaknesses: Freddy is overconfident and tends to toy with his prey. Under normal conditions, Freddy cannot manifest his control over dreams in the real world, and his influence is limited to Springwood. He can be pulled into the real world, weakening him as he lacks access to his power over his dreams. He can apparently be defeated by laying his remains to rest in hallowed ground. In the real world, he is vulnerable to crosses, holy water, and reflections, which remind him of all the pain and torment he's forced on others. He can only truly exist and utilize his powers as long as he is feared; otherwise, he will lose much of his influence. If the Dream Demons that grant him his powers leave or are forcibly stripped away from him, he will lose many of his powers and will be left vulnerable to death.
Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3 and 7; Bender was able to survive getting brutally shot by prison guards and was fine soon after, if he gets dissembled he can just "Bender Assemble" himself if need to or can reattach himself in other various ways, and if he dies he becomes a ghost)
Bender becomes a ghost, befriends the demons in Freddy's chest and tells them to get out of there.
In a sense some of his feats can contradict with others.
With Bender it is as he can see "50 moves ahead" and knows how to act upon said event before it happened (Look at how he did with Mom's security robots for example). Bender's precognition is broken and nothing I've seen before.
But for this matchup, Bender not only has his ghost form that is invisible and non-corporeal, but in his dream he should have access to a bunch of deadly futuristic weapons. After reading a majority of the Futurama comics as I was blocked for 2 weeks, Bender should have access to guns like a black hole gun, one that transmutates beings into animals, can BFR you with another you from a different time period, etc due to being in his own dream and all. Bender should also have the higher AP advantage due to him scaling to Giant Amy Wong who can do this in 30 secs plus destroy a large part of the town too.
