He has much faster speed than tatsumaki and tatsumaki has no resistance to his fire.
However, the Lifting Strength is vastly higher than Endeavor class T tatsumaki class E.

They are both rel+ though? Any advantage he may have is negligible and completely nonexistent when Tatsu drops a giant island on him with a flick of her wrist. She casts testicular torsion and Endeavour loses.

Tatsumaki only has Rel+ attack speed and only with projectiles that wouldn't burn up due to friction. Her own speed is only MHS+

SBA means they start 4 kilometers apart. Endeavor should be able to travel 4 km in about 0.000016767 seconds at his speed.
Baseline MHS+ perception is 0.00000294 seconds. Tatsumaki's abilities are mental and requires no gestures. They start far enough away that she can place a barrier around herself and make it impossible for Endeavor's attacks to hurt her. Then afterward she can easily takes him out without any difficulty afterward.
Considering TK grabbing isn't something that travels, she might be able to grab him before he reaches her. Though if she can't, she won't even bother and will have her barrier up. This a stomp both ways. Since if Endeavor is close enough that she can't react, it's a speed blitz.
