He was already close to the end of his lifespan in circa 2000 BC, when his right hand henchman, Metatron (His Dark Materials), stole all of his remaining power for himself and imprisoned him in the crystal prison. He was released in 1996, I think, so he should have been dead thousands of years ago. He's an extremely frail and decrepit old man on the verge of death in a constant state of agony who is too weak to move or stand on his own and too old and senile to talk or think coherently, but he's not this cartoonishly weak being who will crumble to dust if you touch him and is completely incapable of moving a single muscle in his body like many have claimed in the past. He would very easily defeat an ant for example.

Note: The Authority turning to dust in the wind is not a demonstration of his lack of durability, as all angels turn to dust in the wind after they become too old

Once the dude exits the prison he's gonna fall apart from Forky's attacks. Forky may be weak, but he's not THAT weak

See that "and exposed to wind"? There is no wind in the room.

The very note you quote literally says his falling into dust due to wind has zero to do with durability.

There isn't really any need for a tally on something based on objective facts. Quite frankly, it is simply 100% true that the Authority turning to dust from the wind is not a durability feat. He's still 10-C, and that's because he's an extremely decrepit old man. But he'd still be far above Forky in AP.

He did lose to a bloodlusted bumblebee (before the bee profile was changed from just any bee to specifically referring to a European Honeybee, which resulted in the match result being removed), though that was because the bee's small size, flight, stamina, and speed would make it nearly impossible for him to hit and allow it to gradually sting him to death overtime. Forky is bigger, can't fly, has lower stamina, and is slower.

Anyway, that's 6 for Authority. One more would make grace.
