To be honest, it would make a lot more sense if the killer was Springtrap instead of Freddy since William Afton is the villain of the franchise after all.

Knowing Scott, he probably wouldn't want 3d models made for characters only shown in the minigames, so it'll probably be movie Afton as the killer and movie Mike or movie Vanessa as the survivor.
I mean, if the movie licensing is a wip it could still happen, even if unlikely. Also, I doubt dbd would be afraid of pulling stuff both from the games AND movie. For SH they pulled stuff from 3 different ganes, IIRC.
Also, games Afton has quite a few models, so I see no reason not to use his og self as a killer
As Springtrap/Scraptrap, sure. But none of Springtrap or Scraptrap's victims (barring the animatronics, I guess, though it'd be rather weird to have Freddy Fazbear as a survivor) have 3d models. The only humans with proper models would be the Special Delivery characters (Gregory, Vanessa, Cassie, etc.) and the og Afton has never interacted with them.
(It's going to be fun to put in the wiki, that's for sure)
It seems to be the same universe as ITP, but I know near nothing about it, so I wouldn't bet money on it.
