More Cirno isn't bad at all. But someday there will be a matchup where Touhou doesn't get equalized in speed. Someday.
Anyway if you take the mooon feat serioulsy FQ wins, although that's only if Cirno has one life. Seeing as she can basically respawn... well yeah kinda hard to implement. Might be a stalemate than anything.
