This isn't a stomp, All Might have range advantage and psuedo-flight to counter his desavantages in close combat. The only problem is that Douren fight style (which make he always gets close to the opponent) would prevent this

Yeah, Douren's main problem is that AM outranges him hard. That's basically how AM could do some serious damage before getting precog and crushed.
