Everything in her Arsenal just requires her to think. Shes the ship and every weapon on it.
 
She fires a cannon which has to travel the distance between them in the time it takes him to move his hand to set up defenses. There is no reason why Mako wouldnt be able to protect himself with these conditions.
 
Okay let me rephrase:

The votes for Haruka are inaccurate as they assume she oneshots via thinking under the assumption that her projectiles instantly cross the 4 km gap between them when in reality she uses projectiles which actually have to physically cross the gap between them in the time it takes for Mako to move his hand slightly while moving at the same speed as the projectiles in order for him to set up a defense. The current votes do not acknowledge this and are thus invalid.

The lack of punctuation in this left me reading it as fast as the Micro Machines guy.

But, yeah. If the attack is a projectile, it's not going to hit instantly. Not in a speed equalized match.
 
Hmm the real question is if Mako's profile has to be deleted. @Weekly Since when did he make his cards into real life monsters and the cards real?

He's literally just a weird guy in the series...
 
You literally made him a profile and gave him stats for something he can't even do. Like since when did his monsters come to life and their effects as well?
 
Since its a profile for him and his deck? And he himself has only 10-B stats? Its the cards themselves, why would then not have their effects?
 
Yeah, that's the issue. He only has 10-B stats but you got him up to tier 7.

Because the cards can't actually reach those levels because they can't exist irl without external factors. That's like me making a profile for Ash + his Pokedex.
 
So, i rereaded Makos version of Torrential Tribute and i gotta ask, how does he activate that again? Haruna being on the field since the beginning of the fight sure as hell dosnt equate to her being summoned, so explain to me how he resolves that. Without Torrential he cant scratch Haruna and thus brings me back to my original vote.
 
@SD No actually that'd be like making a profile for Ash and his pokemon. The only thing that are tier 9-7 are his monsters, not himself. Just like how Yugi is 10-B and High 7-C with his monsters (Needs work but thats whats there for the moment)
 
@first He activates it when she attacks and it OHK's her, thats literally how Mako used it in the anime and manga

And even then she cant harm him while Umi and Legendary Fisherman are on the field so at best that makes this inconcludive
 
I have personally calc'd Yugi tanking a 9-B fall I just want that to be know

I calc'd Joey tanking an explosion too, at 9-B+, but at the time I thought it was an outlier.

I don't follow YGO, to be clear, just saying I seem to remember some not Tier 10 feats from it.
 
@Dragon Would you believe me if i told you there's an entire archtype of monsters who use other duel monsters as armor? And theyre anywhere from High 6-A to 3-C?
 
@Weekly difference is, the Pokemon actually aren't cards or data. The cards have no way of manifesting as actual monsters here.

But it's a derailing topic, I'll just make a thread
