Her range is basically only the Moon Cell because that's where her power is at peak.

The MoonCell can generate infinite distance though... so her range should scale from that, and her caine space is another infinite distance area... that is 2 High 3-A feats that should put her above baseline high 3-A... and she able to alter laws on the entirety of her Caine space.
