Maki was able to temporarily stop a powerful beam from Charon with Hinawa following up to reflect it towards Dragon.
Hinawa thought that would be enough to handle Dragon but Arthur states otherwise, saying it wouldn't even leave a scratch. We'll see about that once Dragon returns since he got sent flying by the beam which left the planets atmosphere.

It's not in chapter 88, I've checked it and the statement only says Is this the speed of someone who received divine protection, does not refer to shinra has only attack at light speed when he has been blessed by grace, which one the body is splinter into particles

It is ch 88. Read the official translation as that one is wrong. The line is supposed to be "So these are the feet that move at light speed when blessed with grace"

I don't think that calc is used anymore, since there seemed to be a misunderstanding as to what Rapid did and now that's been resolved.
