For real, as we can see here, we get a direct statement of infinite universes.

It may seem like just Low 2-C a la Altair at first, but...

Here, we can see a direct statement saying that her own dream world (Which she made) contains an infinite number of universes.

This should be able to bring back 2-A Azura, but after all, this is open to discussion

The argument for Azzy's no was:

"Yeah. My issue is with that being the same place as the one Loki referred to as having infinite worlds, especially since adult Azura only references a single world, the area that supposedly had infinite worlds is fine after this, and the other contextual stuff I mentioned on top of this."

But for what I see in the OP, it's pretty clear he talk about this place.

Well, with no offense intended, I strongly trust Azathoth's sense of judgement over that of Bobsican, and do not want us to make hasty extreme revision that contradict the former's evaluation.

The Dream World does appear to contain an Infinite number of Worlds, but it doesn't really appear to be combat applicable on said level seemed to be the main concern based on my understanding of Azathoth's words.

But it should be able to scale to the AP as far I´m aware.

It being combat applicable or not doesn´t change how the AP itself is.

You can also watch the entire video (as the "scans" are all based in a single video), which is 10 minutes long, so you may watch it all to evaluate it if you can.

Also, on an unrelated note, it appears that FEH will be getting another 2-A soon, this time being even more blatant

Azathoth is taking a much needed break from the wiki, but I hear he's active on Discord. I do not have him on Discord though. You could inform Matt, but he may also be busy.
