voting for Fiamma too because its passive/auto and can adjust its power up to planet-level in DC and it has been stated in the novel that :

things like difference in speed, toughness/dura, intelligence, phystrength/AP, distance, numerical advantage, any kind of weapon are all irrelevant in front of Holy Right, because it will simply bypass them all. of course, since the limit HR has shown is 5-B, I think its safe to say Fiamma can overpower any kind of hax and AP of any character on Tier 5-B.
