Nope, and i don't think nasuverse has any character that can fight Fiamma without it being a stomp to one side.

Nerfed Niang-niang probably good match for gil. She also had her own version of GOB

Fiamma can't kill Merlin because of immortality.

And Gil has much more hax than niang, so either he is ap stomped because he is in character or he hax stomps if he is bloodlust or something like that.

Well Niang attack come with sparks wich bypass IB (1HC power negation) resistance to fate hax , so I don't think he has the resistance high enough

Is there any reason that it bypassed IB? The spray didn't touch iB in the first place.

Spray are just fate manipulation, they come in all forms , we just know it bypass IB passive fate negation (like with luck and MG fate manipulation) , tho it CAN be used as an umbrella Vs sparks with specific knowledge but it was never explained or seen

Technically speaking touma too miss it in his second key as we know that without IB the positive fate manipulation by the MGs work on him even letting him survive a casual hit from Accel with pure luck
