FGO Additions: Abigail and Qin Shihuang

I wanted to add these two for some time, and I will give a base for their profile.

Qin Shihuang:

Tier: At least 6-C, possibly High 6-C (Comparable to an Eternal-Lament boosted Consort Yu). Unknow, likely 5-A with The Domination Beginning (Manifests in giant walls 60 to 70 thousand kilometers in length, and easily encompasses the Earth, albeit does not attack directly)

Abigail Williams:

Tier: 7-A (Has B-Rank Strength, thus should be comparable to EMIYA and Kintoki), Unknow with Qliphoth Rhizome (Attacks the mind instead of the body). Likely 2-A as Sut-Typhon (The Outer God exists outside the universe, where light can never reach, and can control space and time. Raum believes the God to be suitable to replace Goetia for his plans)

Feel free to discuss their addition and tiering, as mine is just a suggestion.

UPDATE: I also advise Parvati to be added too.

Tier: 7-A (Has D-Rank Strength, thus should be comparable to EMIYA), 2-A with Trishula Shakti (Said to be comparable to Vasavi Shakti, and managed to hurt Kama Mara)

Didn't the Emperor blast Team Chaldea with a stone he flicked off his Orbital Great Wall? It was practically a meteor.

Oh, and that reminds me. Spartacus burned out his Spirit Origin and his NP to take it. Does he need some additions too?

Well, QSH at that time was still the literal giant castle in China. Only in the last chapters he finally went Kars. But yes he threw a meteor off the atmosphere that was stuck in the great wall. QSH should have elemental manipulation also, since from the game, he was able to manipulate mercury and fire for his attacks.

For Abi, i would put it "likely at least 2-A"

Yeah...not at least though. I'd put her full power form at 2-A and stop at that. Until a higher tier comes along...

IIRC, when Abi ascended in Salem, the whole of North America shook just from her invoking more power.

Her Servant form is not that different except she's in love with Ritsuka (now I feel bad...). Her Valentine's gift was a chocolate key (a message enough even without her keyhole schtick) with its own san checks and the friggin' Swimming skill.
