Sexual dimorphism in neanderthals were about the same as in humans. The average female human has about 40%-60% the strength of the average male human, but what about the average female neanderthal?

Since sexual dimorphism was about the same in neanderthals, female neanderthals were likely about twice as weak as male neanderthals, so this should be a fair match.

Would really depend on the individuals in question. An average human that has little to no fighting experience would get stomped, but a martial artist would certainly prevail.
