Who scales to ftl+ mereo? Well Vetto obv and well someone who Would Prolly be more controversial, Base asta as he gets to raia before mereo

Mereo tiers = 15.66c
Base asta > 15.66c
Since apparently black form is a 2× multiplier here (correct me if i am mistaken) then elf arc black asta tiers = 31.32c
And there are more multipliers from here but lazy to do the math incase base asta scaling isn't accepted

Asta can react to Elemental Quintet at doubled speed, so he would scale to 31c in base.
