I'm not a big expert in the MFTL+ sphere but I think Goku has a fairly impressive speed value. According to this calc, MUI Goku is capable of moving over 245 Septillion x FTL / 2.45e26 c
 
going by goku's page that speed looks to not be Accepted. with the highest speed on a DBS page being 39.2 sextillion c.

going by one of the older speeds lists. it looks like 4.96810363e+26 times light speed is what is agreed upon. So the flash is higher then Goku.
