In CFYOW volume 3 Shuhei states that they were taught in the academy how to make light using kido and tasked with forging their night vision, Shunsui confirms this has been around since his time in the academy, so I'm proposing limited light manipulation via kido and Enhanced vision, night vision, for all graduates of the Shinoreijutsuin, Shinigami like Unohana won't get any additions from this due to not attending Yamamoto's academy

Edit: Shinigami such as Unohana who are known extremely proficient kido practitioners could get a likely or possibly rating for limited light manipulation via kido

She's narratively a kido master, so she should be able to do this, but there's no hard evidence she can it's kind of like how Yama has hado 91 listed on his page but doesn't have stuff like hado 4, despite holding the title of 'Strongest in the 4 arts'

Mmm well that’s just plain stupid lol. I think Deceived might have plans to fix up how we grant Kido here. Idk who is gatekeeping hado 4 from Yamamoto lmao but that has to be up there with some of the dumbest takes. But as you said, she’s a Kido master so she should be able to, no harm in giving a likely/possibly rating, that’s what they’re there for.

I do plan on fixing that in the future, don't have a current set date right now, but it'll definitely be done sometime in the future.
