Delson might be fine. His copy is limited to biological powers by contact, and he can't use any of them without a lot of training/power boosts. He also can't use anything from the same set at the same time.

Not really biological powers. Reality Warping is one of the Eugene's ability and you can't do that with your cells, can you? Also yeah, it also require contact.
