"Oh why thank you very much, I've been working on this speech ever since I've gained ultimate power, which was only a few minutes ago but I digress." He clears his throat.Christian Higdon said:
"It all started in New Jersey, where I was drafted into the military. I was introduced to my good friend Ceasarino, who I immediately became aquainted with..." He rambles on about his military life for a few minutes, each irrelevant detail making you wonder if this man was attempting to bore you with stories of lookouts with nothing happening. Eventually he talks about being stabbed by an arrow, but that is soon forgotten for a tale of his poorly made beans he ate in Guam. He continues to ramble.
He does not notice the newcommer.
