Everybody Wants to Rule The World 2: Electric Boogaloo

Note that he doesn't get any of shirou's powers.

He can stick four days in a time loop with Unlimited Raise Dead, which could be kinda annoying in a progression sense

He can also grant wishes to a limited degree.
 
Well shit, I missed that bit.

I don't remember Avenger doing any sword spam ever, so I'm pretty sure it's refering to the power of base shirou. As in the one who's got shitty magic circuits and some alright reinforcement magic. Not the one who can summon copies of other NPs.
 
Here's what I found

Avenger was released when Emiya Shirō and Saber utterly annihilated the Grail at the end of the Fifth Grail War in Fate route and came across a dying Bazett and responded to her wish to live, by creating the time loop inside of Bazett's mind and created replicas of characters this dream world, but as he did not personally experience the Fifth Grail War, he instead recreated the it using the Fifth's replica participants and with the Third Grail War's development as the base. He then took part in the loop using Emiya Shirō's body as a shell, allowing him to experience the peaceful daily life that Shirō experiences.

One of the three main protagonists in the story. Within this installment, Shirō experiences unexpected changes in personality and momentary lapses in memory, particularly related to his own skills. It is later revealed that this is because "Shirō" is connected to Avenger in some mysterious way, causing them to switch places when night falls.

So during the day you're a copy of Shirou, but at night you're avenger...

Here's the thing

Everything that was going on in this place was a dream... that Avenger later used to replace the true timeline and replaced everyone's memories...

There's some weird stuff going on in Hollow Ataraxia, how about you just take the Avenger who appears in FGO because he's not as weird.
 
His resistance to magic is D rank so it's pretty shit. You're still going to pretty messed up if you get hit directly by a magic attack on your level.

His resistance to mind hax comes from him basically having the personality of a machine, so if you want to keep that mind resist you better play your character's personality as such or you'll lose that skill.

His resistance to projectiles is uh. I dunno. Apparently it can stop NPs, so it's pretty good, but you'll still get messed up by an AoE projectile, i.e. you can tank the missile but the explosion will still get you.
