Not really, it happens whenever he touches things. It doesn't have to be his fist, you see him doing it to a wall by walking into it in his gallery. In his techniques section, it shows that he can fire it at people as a projectile.

Saver is fine, using Authority basically kills him and Chakravartin has legit counters

Lloyd's hax wall makes me very concerned

Rider...................should be fine based on the discussion you and Andy had

Supreme Diety is fine with no fate manip and probably curse manip

Natsu, assuming you want the most powerful key,..............................should be fine, the whole "burning magic" stuff worries me as well as him getting a bunch more powers, but again, should be fine

Resistance piercing only seems to apply to Holy Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, and Earth Manipulation.
