What about BFR and Sealing? Sending him into his pocket dimension is his starting move, but even if he follows to fight him, he could get tired eventually and just leave him there.

Do not remember shin Sealing as his first move and even then that requires a TV near by or he can't do it.

No, BFR (sending them to Heaven's Hellfire) is his first move. Sealing comes from the fact that if he leaves him there, he can't get out. Basically, after killing Gabriel dozens of times over, he just goes: "Screw it, I'm never gonna kill him, I'll just leave him here."
Also, SBA make the battlefield NYC, so there will be plenty of TV's around.

Gabriel flies and shoots as it's first move, so TVs won't be of any use.
