You need to equalize their speed, or else Pride can blitz stab Eto in the head immediately. With speed equalized, due to the range and accuracy of Pride's blades, and the fact that Eto has no way I can think of to deflect Prides blades, I give it to Pride 9/10.

I can't see Eto getting past his shadows since it can take form of anything silhouette, it can also be as large or larger than eto, and use it's teeth to trap her then stab her to death. Pride takes this with very little difficulty.
