Yes. I believe Ethan (if not both of us) can indeed take a win here, but so can Jay simply due to the fact that he can basically one shot and he shuts down pretty much all of Ethan's sauce except for the one thing that can give him the win, but even that is pretty hard to do. At the same time, Jay is going to have a really really hard time chasing down Ethan too.

So, yeah, Inconclusive! Good debating man.

I'll add it, I think we were restricting Lightning Amps / Items the whole time, though Items for Ethan are restricted in SBA by my choice, so you can say that just Lightning Dash / Super Signal Speed Amps were restricted
