2.4 Gigatons of TNT for Shigeo vs 2.7 Gigatons of TNT for Superman. I would say that Clarke has the advantage in AP, but the accepted Mob's feat is only an awakening of his 100%, so he should outperform the opponent.
Probably TK will not work because of Kent's flight and their lifting strength Class T. Although, Kageyama has an advantage of 3.6 x times and it is possible that he will be able to slow down the enemy very much.

Clarks feat is also while he's really weakened so he'd scale above it as well. But both of them scale above casual feats so it probably evens out.
Clarks LS while weakened is 3 billion Tons. 100% Sadness without much issue is around 11 Billion but this was a form of Mob that kept up with 60%(?) Toichiro so he'd be about 3.8 Billion Tons in this form. Not enough to hinder him greatly but he could at least get some tugs in if Supes let's his guard down.
