Lelouch almost always makes his commands longer then that.

That said I really dislike the idea of basically Lelouch the advantage by already looking into her eyes.....

Lelouch is a dramatic character who loves to make grandiose statements at important moments to himself and to others. This is not one of those moments.

Here, he's just been told "kill this chick before she kills you" and he's in the middle of a park. There is no reason for him to make his commands any longer than they need to be.

Agreed, this makes it one sided in Lelouch's favor for them to literally already have eye contact.
