Lelouch is in his Zero persona and Manga Yugi is being used
The fight is being spectated by Kallen and Ohgi so Lelouch can't use geass
The game is chess, no shadow game bullshit just an average game of chess (Though they are playing on top of a 75 foot tall stone piller in the middle of the ocean for no apparent reason)
Also they're debating theology while playing the game (this doesn't affect the fight but I fealt it should be mentioned)

Now i haven't read the manga but if its anything like the anime then Yugi mostly wins his games on bullshit luck rather than actual skill, not to mention the fact that Lelouch has just far more impressive intelligence feats overall. So yeah Lelouch FRA for me.

In the manga is much less luck based then the anime (atleast in the begining of the manga), I mean he still pulls some nonesense and basically cheats at certain points but he's much more "the king of games" then he is in the anime. He's also is alot more homicidal then his anime counterpart, strieght up killing people at certain points.
