I think I’ll vote Endeavor due to greater stamina, experience and technique.

Endeavor probably. Not even counting their stats but just heat had wise, Endeavor > Bakugo. Bakugo's heat couldn't damage or affect Shigaraki but Endeavor's was more than enough to straight up kill him. Endeavor can resist his own heat, so heat vs heat, Bakugo shouldn't really be doing much. But Endeavor's heat out does Bakugo's heat resistance

Now, AP/Dura wise, it's hard to compare, but Endeavor scales to AFO Shigaraki who's superior to High End who's superior to the USJ Nomu (who only lasted as long as to did due to shock absorbtion). Bakugo scales to the Deku from the movie which isn't the same Deku that fought Shigaraki

But even if Bakugo were superior AP wise, Endeavor has been shown to be able to fight people that are faster and stronger than him with various techniques and skill. His experience puts him up there to hang with people stronger than him

With = Speed, Endeavor would have the mobility advantage with his Jet like flame propulsion and precise control over his movements compared to the way Bakugo moves with less fluid explosions

His techniques like Hell Spider in speed = are insanely hard to get around, and he has options from close to long range. I can see Bakugo getting in some good damage if he spams AOE or lands a good compressed explosion, but I see Endeavor coming out in top with all his advantages and the skill gap

USJ Nomu matched All Might's punches (Until he went beyond 100%) and could injure him with a punch even though he blocked the attack. All Might saved Bakugo and he was sent flying by its punch. His arm is rather bruised from the attack, and AFO or the Doctor stated that the USJ Nomu was as strong as All Might.

I don't see how it having shock absorption means it's physically weaker, since it's strength was shown and stated to be on par with All Might.

Also this might become outdated, since 100% Bakugo has a chance to be upgraded to Low 6-B or High 6-C which won't scale to Endeavor.

Edit: Shigaraki is not stated to be superior to the High-End Nomu, his statement comes from Endeavor saying he's All Might level and Aizawa comparing him to the USJ Nomu. He's comparable to the USJ Nomu, he does not upscale.

Currently Endeavor is at best 3.9 MT while Bakugo is 5.4 MT.

That would just bump up Endeavor even higher within the tier he's in since it was outright stated and shown in the manga that High End was stronger than the USJ Nomu...and in context they were explaining physical stats between white, black, and high End Nomu. And then Endeavor went on to take hits from AFO Shigaraki who's stronger than all the High Ends. Not physical strength for physical strength, but speed, durability, and with flame enhanced physicals, Endeavor's with them

Being stated stronger doesn't mean much, they could be 1 percent stronger and the statement would hold true.

They're an unknown amount stronger than the USJ Nomu, that's really it, we aren't going to say they're massively stronger. And Shigaraki isn't compared to a High-End at all.

And Endeavor is stated to be weaker and slower than Hood, who is superior to the USJ Nomu. So that equals out, Endeavor is 3.9 MT while Bakugo is 5.4 MT.

Going by the current stats, Endeavor likely takes this via better experience and stamina.

Bakugo stamina is going to be a issue since he can't handle 100% like Izuku can, as he was shown to stumble a lot after launching an attack. While both can take lots of punishment, Bakugo is still going to be injuring himself with his attacks while Endeavor isn't.
