Both High 7-C and Howitzer Impact is restricted
Speed equal
They start 60 meters apart
They fight on a Island, in the edge of a burning, active volcano. They can try to escape into a ship located on the sea. If they both reached, the fight continues there.
Win condition is death.
They have 1 minute to prepare.
They both have little knowgelement for what the other can do (Ran can shoot lighting, and Bakugou create Explosion)

Ran is 152 kilotons in base, 304 kilotons with Redan 1 and 608 kilotons with Redan 2
Bakugo scales to 418 kilotons so he'd have a 2.75x advantage from the start, a 1.375x advantage after 1 redan and a 1.454x disatvantage with Ran's second Redan.

Ran is high end Class M to Class G with Redan and Bakugo is Class K so he gets bodied in LS.

Bakugo has a massive range advantage and might outskill.
Ran's intelligence is heavily outdated as when it comes to skill he has a lot. He is one of the strongest known regulars which puts him above several trained professional killers. He constantly trains and very often fights regulars on his level some of which are like Hatz who has been practicing swordsmanship his entire life and managed to even use non-weapons as a sword. Ran also fought Anaak who is on equal footing with Endorsi when it comes to skill. Endorsi is 200 or so years old and has trained in combat throughout her childhood where she climbed over dozens of people superior to her in skill to the very top, not to mention she matched a weakened ranker in combat for a short while, one that not only stomped the aforementioned Hatz but also the fact that he is a ranker means that he has fought and trained over a period of well over 50 years as 50 years is the fastest anyone has climbed the tower and that guy was basically a god. This means that the guy Endorsi fought had skills he honed for over a century for sure as regulars have to go through 134 tests (most if not all of which involve combat of some sort against countless different opponents) for which they train for weeks in advance on average.

Bakugo resists electricity to an extent.

I kinda see Bakugo winning due to overall AP advantage, a far better stamina (redan lasts 5 mins while Bakugo can fight for 8 hours straight), resistance to electricity, massive range advantage and AOE and having comparable skill.
Ran deals with close combatants a lot and has fought homing-attack specialists and he does have the whole pain manipulation via shinsu. Problem is, I think Bakugo just legitimatly outlasts and outranges here. Ran simply has no proper finishing move to take out Bakugo. I think there are no ways Ran can actually beat him.

I mean, If Ram eats the Redan , he speedblitz bakugou right? A 4x times increase in speed is nothing to scoff about.
Is not like he gonna fight Bakugou in a long term fight, when he knows he have a timelimit.
And even trought Bakugou resist electricity to a extent, Ran can use his Espada da Luz to do stabbing demage and sim for Bakugou Heart using his speed advantage.

Forgot about his speed boost. The boost with 1 Redan is only 2x and with the second it becomes 4x but so far he mostly just released 1 attack with a double redan. Ig he was damaged but he wouldn't last long.

The speed advantage certainly helps but the problem is, does is matter against AOE explosions or not. Ig somene like Deku could deal with Bakugo for a while due to sheer speed so there's that, but even then Ran simply gets outranged.
I'll watch this for a while to see if there's any other argument but for now I will keep my vote for Bakugo, though I am willing to change votes if there's a good reason to.
