Both have near equal stats in most things, the only difference being Kirito's speed being higher and Eliwood's strength being higher.

So, who'd win?

Base Eliwood: Kirito horribly blitzstomps by slashing at Eliwood's face with Elucidator and stabbing at his behind with Dark Repulsor in a war of two fronts.

Durandaliwood: Kirito does the equivalent of stabbing him with a toothpick. Unless Eliwood's bad luck makes it so he falls on his own sword and die, Kirito dies to death even if it'd take quite a while to do so.

It's a stomp either way. I suggest to make it Base Eliwood vs SAO Kirito with speed equalized.
