So I noticed the Vertigo God Tier like the Endless, Lucifer, Michael and the Presence have all been upgraded to 1-A and I was wondering why Elaine hasent been yet her page says she is Likely High 1-C with the powers of Michael and Likely High 1-C with the powers of The Presence but they are 1-A. Where they not at this level in that storyline if so shouldn't she be Unknown like Swamp Thing or did they only show High 1-C levels of power.
