I mean to be fair I don't see our boi Chap doing too much when it comes to reality warping in fact as its mentioned to be rather small scaled, while The Mask's is just more potent, however good luck could help Chapulian stand out a bit. By the way I don't thing the horn will work on Jimbo Curry as the cops told him to FREEZE and he acted frozen but soon afterwards shrugged it off for ***** and giggles.
