Giving the character general resistance to Soul manipulation is vague.
If we give them just resistance to Soul destruction It would be fine.

2: Non-Physical: Users can not only erase anything physical but also anything incorporeal, destroying the item or person on the Spiritual and or Mental levels, leaving no traces of them behind.
3: Space-Time: Users can erase things, not only on a physical and spiritual level, but across Space and Time itself, leaving no traces of them across Time and Space, possibly changing history to suit the change.
4: Conceptual: Users can erase concepts and the fundamental aspects of one's existence, removing the very idea of their existence from reality, meaning they never did exist, never will exist and cannot exist on a conceptual level. Then we should make a distinction between temporal and history Erasure
Temporal erasure should just be a stronger version of matter erasure
And history Erasure should be given to characters who can destroy soul,body and all of the information related to a character from existence throughout space and time

History should be noted that can do that, otherwise would be just type 1.
also that dosen't change, it's just a extension of type 2.

No, not even close, is only type 2, It doesn't erase any other thing than just ur Soul and physical body. It doesn't erase fundamental aspects such as information.
