Edens Zero: Base Weisz and Rebecca Upgrade

The title is self explanatory, Base Weisz and Rebecca should be upgraded

Base Weisz should scale to "At least Low 7-C" for being able to...

• Easily defeating and severely damaging Mosco, who could take hits from Post-Modifications Base Jinn
• Damaging and defeating Muller, who could take hits from Arsenal Suit Weisz
• Surviving attacks from Mutated Overdrive Drakken Joe, just like Base Shiki did

As for Rebecca, her Cat Leaper kicks are just her regular AP and all of her attacks involve physical attacks, so she should just be "Likely Low 7-C" in all stats, it's pretty simple that her physicals with Cat Leaper are not some humongous amp, so she should just be "Likely Low 7-C"

Mosco showed speed's feat far surpassing current Homura and Jinn (He can fly as fast as the ships of the Edens Zero, could leave the atmosphere of the planet and return in it without any difficulty. So he should be comparable to spaceship that can escape earth's velocity.) his AP is not really calculable, but low 7-C is probably not far from the true. (he destroyed a fleet of battledrones on his own, leaving only explosions). All of this very casually.

So I don't really know why you disagree with the first reasoning?
